Business Process Analyst - 3 month contract
Location: Boom, Belgium
We're looking for a Business Process Analyst for an exciting 3-month ERP project at Live Light.
After 5 years on Odoo v14, we are migrating our ERP to Odoo v19. To help us move faster, we're looking for someone with an analytical mind as well as a strong interest in business processes and project management. You'll be working closely with our Operations Manager as well as our Odoo Partner. An ideal first experience for a recent graduate!
As a Business Process Analyst, you will:
- Play an important role in reviewing our processes (in Sales, Operations, Accounting & Ecommerce) in order to improve efficiencies and facilitate the migration of our Odoo v14 to v19.
- Configure our new Odoo ERP-system and Ecommerce application, implementing new functionalities and overseeing the required developments with our external IT partner.
- Make sure the applications run smoothly on a daily basis and provide technical support to colleagues.
Your profile:
- You have a master's degree (or soon-to-have) in Economics or Business Engineering.
- You have strong interest in business processes, operations and IT
- You have great organizational skills and a good eye for detail
- You are self-motivated and able to drive project progress with minimal guidance
- You are humble, flexible and a team player
We offer a short-term contract on a full-time or part-time basis. Opportunity to extend by several months. You must be able to commute daily to Boom, Belgium.
Start date: February 2026.
