Customer Experience Officer

We’re looking for an enthusiastic, driven candidate to join our Customer Experience team at Live Light,  where we believe in creating unforgettable customer experiences. In this role, you’ll be working to support our growing number of subscribers as we continue to scale. Your primary responsibilities will include converting leads, onboarding new subscribers and operational account management. This is a great opportunity to gain a first experience in sales in a fast-growing startup. 

As a Customer Experience Officer, you will:

• Manage our different customer communication channels

• Converse with customers every day, help them understand our service, and answer any questions they have on our policies

• Guide customers through our showroom to present our furniture & accessories collections

• Manage the onboarding of new subscribers, including choice of products, payment methods and delivery

• Handle operational outreach to customers concerning our inventory, scheduling, or order modifications 

• Collect feedback from leads and subscribers about areas to improve our policies, messaging, and general user experience 

• Work hand-in-hand with the Operations and Marketing teams to ideate on best ways to improve our service 

Your profile:

• 0-3 years in sales or customer service

• Bachelor’s degree

• A strong believer in the Live Light concept and an interest in interior design

• Upbeat, positive attitude; a love for helping others and finding solutions

• Attention to detail; impeccable follow-through

• Strong written communication skills

• Fluent in English, Dutch and French

• Flexible to work 1 Saturday a month
