Business Process Analyst

Live Light was launched in 2020, as a brand-new furniture subscription service focused on the circular economy. Part of the Ethnicraft Group, our vertical integration gives us full control of the (re)design, production, distribution, repair, remanufacturing, and recycling processes. By maximizing product life span, we can offer great value, while minimizing pressure on natural resources. 

Today our start-up is looking for a Business Process Analyst with an analytical mind and a strong interest in business processes, IT and project management. 

As a Business Process Analyst you will:

  • Play an important role in designing and automating our processes, in order to improve efficiencies and create seamless customer experiences. 

    • Analyze data and user feedback to identify pain points and initiate improvements that are in line with the Live Light business strategy.

    • Lead key projects to implement these changes and new processes within the organization.

  • Manage our Odoo ERP- system & E-commerce application on a day-to-day basis. This involves

    • Updating the roadmap for future developments and implementing new functionalities.

    • Making sure the applications run smoothly on a daily basis and providing technical support to colleagues.

  • Create and update reports on key business metrics and build forecasting models.

To reach these goals you will be working closely together with the Business Process manager, the Sales & Marketing manager and our external IT partner. 

Your profile:

  • You have a master’s degree in Economics, Business Engineering or IT. Experience in Project Management is a plus. Entry level candidates are also welcome to apply.

  • You have an analytical mindset and are business oriented

  • You have strong interest in business processes, operations and IT

  • You have great organizational skills and a good eye for detail 

  • You are self-motivated and able to drive project progress with minimal guidance

  • You are humble, flexible and a team player

  • You are fluent in English
